Job Description Job Title: Assurance FAAS Manager SAP FICO Experience: 8 Years Open Positions: 1 Location: Kochi / Trivandrum (TVM) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to join our Assurance team as a Manager in FAAS (Financial Accounting Advisory Services). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO modules along with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, particularly in end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation and support engagements. Drive S/4HANA transformation projects, including planning and execution. Manage and deliver end-to-end (greenfield) implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Provide functional expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Support audit, assurance, and advisory activities related to financial systems. Required Skills & Experience: 8 years of experience in SAP FICO. Strong exposure to S/4HANA implementation projects. Minimum 12 end-to-end greenfield implementations. Good understanding of finance processes and accounting principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting or advisory roles (FAAS/Assurance). SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA (preferred). .
