Production & Process,Plan & supervise HPDC production.Set & optimize die casting parameters(injection speed,pressure,temperature,cycle time) Monitor machine performance & improve(OEE).Reduce scrap, porosity, flash, and casting defects. Required Candidate profile Tooling & Die Mgmnt.Coordinate die installation,setup & changeovers.Monitor die condition & schedule preventive maint.Work with tool room to repair & modify dies 4 improved performance.Ensure Quality
