About the role
Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer .NET with strong hands-on experience in backend development and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have practical expertise in building APIs, working with databases, and writing clean, efficient code.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NETBuild and consume RESTful Web APIs following OOP best practicesWrite optimized SQL queries and ensure database performanceApply strong logical reasoning to analyze and solve technical problemsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-structured codeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsRequired Skills5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and Web API.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.Strong SQL fundamentals, including joins, subqueries, indexing, and query optimization.Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) (arrays, strings, searching, sorting, etc.).Ability to independently solve basic to medium-complexity coding problems.Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.Ability to clearly explain thought processes and technical approaches.Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, or similar services used in application development and deployment.Experience building, deploying, and supporting applications in an AWS environment.Preferred/ Good to haveExposure to Microservices architecture.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.About Aumni:Aumni, established in 2016, is a Software Services Company that partners with Product companies to build and manage their dedicated teams in India.
