The Lead Operations Excellence is a critical role responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the organisation. The individual will focus on streamlining processes, reducing waste, and maximising resource utilisation to enhance overall performance and profitability. Responsibilities: Conduct process mapping, analysis, and redesign to eliminate inefficiencies.Standardise workflows to ensure consistency and predictability in SOPs.Coordinate with Robotics OEMs and act as SPOC for all internal requirements and improvements.Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational performance.Conduct regular operational audits and root cause analysis for underperformance.Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.Promote proactive quality management practices.Develop and deliver training programs in operational excellence methodologies.Build leadership capabilities in driving and sustaining operational improvements.Foster a mindset of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.Empower employees with tools and training to identify and solve problems independently.Analyse cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.Lead initiatives to improve resource utilisation and reduce operational waste. Requirements: Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate.Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in the Operations and Security domain.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Suite.Ability to present information in graphic formats and prepare detailed reports.Language Skills: Proficiency in English & Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking) and local language as per the location of the Command Centre (currently Kannada).Mindset and Interpersonal skills.Strong discipline, punctuality, and honesty.Ability to work under pressure and respond rapidly to emergencies.Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attitude to be a team player.
