About the role
Job Summary Aurolab is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our Maintenance Team. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechatronics are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and utility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues. Support machine installation, commissioning, and validation activities. Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime. Maintain maintenance records, logs, and checklists. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth operations. Participate in continuous improvement and maintenance projects. Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Mechatronics. Fresher to 3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
