We're Hiring: Growth Product Manager Location: Infopark, Kochi Industry: AdTech Schedule: Day Shift Package: Excellent salary & benefitsJob OverviewAs our Growth Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of product-led growth initiatives. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, using behavioral data to identify drop-offs and design high-impact experiments. Your primary goal is to improve key metrics across the entire user lifecycle: activation, retention, referral, and revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesFunnel Optimization: Analyze the user journey from landing page to paid subscription. Identify friction points in the onboarding process and design solutions to improve conversion rates.Experimentation: Own the A/B testing roadmap. Design, launch, and analyze experiments across the product to test hypotheses related to pricing, feature gating, and user engagement loops.Retention Strategy: Develop product features and behavioral triggers (e.g., personalized daily insights, push notifications, milestone rewards) that build habit-forming behaviors and reduce churn.Data Analysis: Work deeply within our analytics stack to segment user cohorts, track daily active users (DAU), and define the leading indicators of long-term retention.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering to implement tracking events and build new growth features, and with design to ensure a seamless, authentic user experience.QualificationsExperience: 3+ years in product management, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on growth, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or user acquisition.Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working on a B2C digital subscription product, freemium model, or membership-based platform.Data Fluency: Highly analytical.
