Job Title: Mainframe Production Support Lead (L3) Responsibilities Provide L3 production support for mainframe applications. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes. Support incident, problem, change, and release management. Work with global teams to ensure smooth operations. Participate in production deployments. Create and maintain support documentation. Mentor junior team members. Communicate with clients on issue resolution. Use AI tools to improve productivity. Required Skills COBOL, JCL, DB2, SQL AS400, APPTUNE ISPW, Control-M z/OS, TSO, ISPF, SDSF GDG, IBM Utilities MQ Series, Xpediter WLM, RACF Experience L2/L3 Mainframe Production Support Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management SLA-based production support AI Tools GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or similar AI tools AI-based code analysis and documentation tools Soft Skills Good communication Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Team collaboration and mentoring Ability to work under pressure Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
