Job Title: Process Head / Process Manager / Process Engineer Solar PV Cell (TOPCon) Location: Gujarat, India Industry: Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Manufacturing / Process Engineering / Technology Position Overview We are looking for experienced and technically strong professionals to join our Solar PV Cell Manufacturing team in Gujarat. The role will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving TOPCon solar cell manufacturing processes, ensuring high cell efficiency, production yield, quality, and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in TOPCon cell manufacturing, process engineering, process integration, or production operations across one or more key steps of the solar cell manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize TOPCon solar cell manufacturing processes to achieve targeted efficiency, yield, throughput, and quality.Develop, standardize, and continuously improve process parameters and operating windows.Monitor key process indicators, including cell efficiency, yield, defect rates, electrical performance, and process stability.Identify process deviations, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.Work closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, R&D, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve process and production issues.Drive process improvement, yield enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.Support new equipment installation, commissioning, process qualification, and production ramp-up.Establish and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process specifications, control plans, and process documentation.Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization.Lead or participate in DOE (Design of Experiments), SPC, FMEA, 8D, and other structured problem-solving activities.Ensure adherence to process control standards, EHS requirements, and manufacturing best practices.Train and mentor process engineers, technicians, and production teams on process parameters and troubleshooting.Support technology transfer, new process introduction, and continuous improvement projects.
