Design Engineer( Fresher)

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering freshers with knowledge of CATIA V5 Surfacing and 3D Modeling. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality surface models, supporting product design, and working closely with the design team in the automotive domain. Key Responsibilities: Create and modify 3D surface models using CATIA V5 Work on Class A, B, and C surface development Perform surface quality checks and ensure continuity (G0, G1, G2) Convert concepts/sketches into detailed 3D models Support product design and development activities Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams Maintain proper documentation of design data Required Skills: Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 (Part Design, Generative Shape Design) Understanding of surfacing concepts (Class A/B/C surfaces) Knowledge of 3D modeling and drafting Basic understanding of automotive components (preferred) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Eligibility Criteria: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months training/experience Candidates with certified training in CATIA V5 will be preferred Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
