Senior R & D Engineer

As a Senior R&D Engineer, you will play a crucial role in guiding and executing research and development efforts within your assigned division. Your primary responsibilities include product optimization, leveraging expertise in digital/embedded systems, and reverse engineering competitor products to enhance our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Guided Research and Development: Collaborate with the R&D Head to plan, lead, and execute R&D projects. Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members in research activities. Product Optimization: Lead the optimization of existing products to improve their performance, reliability, and functionality. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to make our products more competitive. Digital/Embedded Systems Expertise: Demonstrate excellent expertise in digital and embedded systems used in our products. Apply advanced knowledge to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to innovative product development. Reverse Engineering: Analyze and reverse engineer competitor products to gain insights into their design, technology, and functionality. Use this knowledge to inform our own product development and competitive strategies. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of research findings, experiments, and development activities. Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external use. Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering). Several years of experience in R&D, preferably in a leadership role. Exceptional expertise in digital and embedded systems. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
