Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an RPA Developer with solid programming skills and should have hands-on experience on A360. Good to have experience on other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism). Hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Skills: Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Understands AI concepts and can quickly adapts to implement Gen AI and Agentic automations Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities within different departments. Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of RPA solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot .
