Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Requirements Proven experience as an IT System Administrator. Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and security best practices. Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. .
