About the role
Job Location: Pune Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST (US overlap) Experience: 10+ Years Immediate Joiners Only Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA and automation projects across Healthcare domain Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality, timelines, and delivery excellence Own project planning, estimation, and execution including sprint planning and resource allocation Drive stakeholder management with US clients, including regular updates, demos, and solution discussions Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning across projects Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams for solution design and implementation Review technical architecture, code, and workflows to ensure best practices and scalability Identify automation opportunities within healthcare workflows and drive solutioning discussions Ensure strong governance, reporting, and delivery tracking (KPIs, SLAs) Handle escalations, ensure client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement Must-Have Technical Skills: Strong programming experience in Java, .Net, Python, or similar technologies Hands-on experience in RPA (mandatory) AutomationEdge / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / UiPath Experience in building and managing automation workflows and enterprise solutions Good understanding of API integrations, web services, and system design Must-Have Non-Technical Skills: Strong communication skills (client-facing role with US stakeholders) Proven experience in stakeholder management (especially international clients) Strong project planning and execution capabilities Experience in risk assessment and mitigation Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively Leadership experience managing teams (510+ members preferred) Roles and Responsibilities: Drive, Track, manage and deliver multiple projects with the team Decide the strategy, program, method, Target, Objective for ensuring standardization and quality of the projects, Tech. processes Technical leadership and Expertise contribution in all phases of projects. Track & Review all work (Requirement, Solution, Design, Code, issues etc) produced by project team Participate in internal & customer-facing conference calls, demonstrations, and presentations with the help of project team, SMEs Responsible for collaboration and communication with various teams as needed Deliver projects consistently, on time and on budget Periodic reporting of project progress, issues, delays, risks etc Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements Domain Requirement: Experience in Healthcare domain (must-have) Preferably exposure to US Home Healthcare workflows (claims, billing, EMR/EHR, patient onboarding, compliance, etc.) Good to Have: Exposure to multiple RPA tools Understanding of AI/Automation (Document AI, workflow automation) Experience working in client-facing delivery roles (US geography) Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or related field Masters / MBA preferred) Contact Person: Nidhi Saraiya Email: nidhi.saraiya@automationedge.com .
