About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer who can drive innovation through advanced automation and AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation workflows. Build scalable and reusable automation components. Integrate UiPath solutions with external systems and APIs. Work on AI-powered automation use cases leveraging LLMs and intelligent agents. Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes for performance and reliability. Maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends in RPA, AI, and automation technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications 47 years of overall experience in software development/RPA Strong hands-on experience in UiPath development UiPath Advanced Certification is preferred Good understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs and agent-based systems Programming experience in .NET, Java, Python, or similar Experience with API integrations and handling structured/unstructured data Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python for AI/automation use cases. Exposure to AI-driven automation, document processing, or conversational agents. Understanding of enterprise automation frameworks and best practices. Experience working in Agile development environments.
