About the role
Job Role ? Responsible for conceptualizing and delivering architectural designs aligned with engineering, operational, and environmental requirements. ? Should have an working knowledge of Power Sector ? Solar/Wind Etc. Job Responsibility ? Architectural Design Planning including architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning ? Prepare 3D models and visualizations ? Coordination with internal external stakeholders for the design review approvals. ? Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations ? Prepare Architectural specifications and BOQs. Required Education/Skillset: ? Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) ? Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices ? Proficiency in SketchUp / AutoCAD/ 3D tools ? Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams ?
