Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to oversee the fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance of distribution boards and lighting panels. This role demands a handson professional responsible for the entire manufacturing lifecyclefrom interpreting complex schematic drawings to executing rigorous inspectionsensuring all finished panels strictly adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Assembly Supervision: Oversee and drive the endtoend fabrication and assembly of electrical distribution boards and lighting panels. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high quality standards. Drawing & Schematic Interpretation: Demonstrate a comprehensive, total understanding of both electrical and mechanical panel drawings. Accurately read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and physical layout drawings to guide the assembly team. Quality Control & Inspection (Total Ownership): Take full accountability for all manufacturing inspections and testing procedures for completed electrical panels. Verify strict adherence to engineering specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and regulatory compliance. Identify, document, and resolve any deviations, wiring errors, or component defects before final dispatch. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of electrical power distribution components, switchgear, and panel internal wiring. Blueprint Literacy: Exceptional ability to interpret mechanical fabrication drawings and complex electrical schematics/SLDs fluently. Quality Mindset: Proven experience in quality control (QC) processes, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and highvoltage checks. DetailOriented: A sharp eye for structural alignment, wiring neatness, and component rating verification. Experience required: 5-6 years in similar role.
