Role: Technical Test Lead– Sterling, Java, AWS

Duration: Full TIme Location: Hillsboro, OR

Qualifications

• Basic

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider five years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education (minimum) • At least 4 years’ experience in Information Technology

• Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience in Software development and testing life cycles. • At least 4 years in development and testing of IBM Sterling package • At least 4 years of experience with Web technologies J2EE, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, web services, XML, CSS • Must have strong programming skills using core JAVA. • Must have experience with Web technologies J2EE, MVC, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, web services, XML, CSS • Must have strong working experience in AWS Cloud technologies. • Experience in creating, modifying or designing test frameworks (using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.) • Knowledgeable in writing code to test code: UI and API level testing • Have Database knowledge in RDBMS, SQL and Stored Procedures etc. • Knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and principle • Experience in Test Automation using common Test Automation tools like Selenium, CodedUI, UFT/QTP etc. • Knowledge of Performance trouble shooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred. • Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, appdev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus • Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience • Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills • Should have Strong leadership skills • Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc. • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment • Communication and Analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
