About the role
Power BI development - - Design, build, and maintain complex Power BI reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders - - Develop and optimize Power BI semantic models with clean, reusable DAX measures - - Implement row-level security (RLS), workspace governance, and deployment pipelines - - Manage Power BI service - workspaces, apps, scheduled refresh, and gateway configuration - - Ensure dashboards are performant, mobile-responsive, and accessible Data modeling & ETL - - Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to ingest data from various sources. - - Write efficient Spark SQL or Python (PySpark) scripts in Azure, Databricks to transform large datasets into analytical formats. - - Perform deep-dive data analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting layers. - - Work with data engineering teams to define upstream pipeline requirements - - Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies between source and reports
