Application Performance Management

As an experienced candidate with 2-4 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be the administration, support, and implementation of Dynatrace Application Performance Management (APM) solutions to meet business and technology requirements. Here are the key technical skills expected from you: - Responsible for administration, support, and implementation of Dynatrace APM solutions - Preference for candidates with experience in Dynatrace OneAgent tool - Monitoring responsiveness and availability of critical websites and web applications from end-user perspective - Working on SaaS based Dynatrace platform implementation - Implementation experience across application monitoring, synthetic and real user monitoring solutions - Supporting application monitoring for Java, .NET, NodeJS, and other application architectures - Executed at least 2 large scale implementations on Dynatrace - Knowledge/experience on Performance Testing will be an add on - Understanding of troubleshooting performance issues during performance testing Other requirements include: - Experience in interfacing with customers - Coordinating and communicating APM activities with key stakeholders - Mentoring development teams and guiding them in resolving complex technical issues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Tolerance to ambiguities As for the education requirement, on-the-job capability matters more than formal education.
