Must-Have Skills Leadership experience managing technical teams Full Stack Development (Java Spring Boot & Angular) REST API design and integration, OpenAPI/Swagger TypeScript and responsive web development Relational database design and SQL Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Agile/Scrum delivery methodology Change and release management 5+ years in a similar Lead IT Analyst, Technical Lead, or Full Stack Lead role Designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications Managing system integrations across multiple technologies Translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions Supporting testing, documentation, governance, and production support CI/CD implementation, Kubernetes and containerization API Management and API Gateway platforms Customer Portal, Order Management, or Commercial Applications experience .
