We are seeking for UX UI Developer Position Position Details: Job Type: 1 year extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys) Location: Hyderabad OR Bangalore Timings : Regular working hours, hybrid mode of work Yrs of Exp: 7+ years of relevant experience Key Responsibilities Design and build the AIUX framework using Lit web components, setting patterns and standards for reuseLead the migration of existing UIB workspace pages into AIUX experiencesDrive architecture decisions on components, state, styling, and platform API integrationUse AI coding tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, Build Agent) as the primary way to scaffold, generate, and iterate on apps and pagesReview code and mentor developers on Lit best practices and AI-assisted workflowsPartner with product, design, and architecture teams to turn UX requirements into working componentsTroubleshoot front-end issues across performance, compatibility, and platform integrationRequired Skills & Experience 7+ years front-end development, strong JavaScript/TypeScript depthProduction experience with Lit (or native Web Components or similar)Strong grasp of component-driven architecture, data-modelling and api designDemonstrated speed and skill using AI coding assistants to build real apps/pages not optional for this roleServiceNow platform experience a strong plus (UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, Fluent)Solid understanding of front-end performance, accessibility, and responsive designExperience leading or mentoring developers, setting technical directionNice to Have Experience migrating legacy UI frameworks to a new architectureFamiliarity with ServiceNow's Now Assist / Agentic AI ecosystem WHAT'S ON OFFER: You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
