Senior Software Engineers (AI Enablement / Advanced Engineering) Avenues International Inc., a well-established U.S.–India IT consulting firm, is expanding its engineering team in India as part of a strategic partnership with a leading applied AI company building next-generation AI software agents. We are looking to hire Senior Software Engineers in India who are strong engineers first, and excited to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI systems in real-world enterprise environments. Role Overview As a Senior Software Engineer , you will work closely with AI platform and customer teams to: Build, customize, and integrate AI-powered software solutions Enable enterprise customers to adopt AI-driven development workflows Work hands-on with modern software stacks and agent-based systems Act as a technical problem-solver, mentor, and trusted engineering partner This is not a research role . It is a high-impact, hands-on engineering role working on production systems.
