Job Title: Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant Record to Report (R2R) Location: Hyderbad India Employment Type: Fulltime regular, hybrid work arrangement The job We are seeking an Oracle Fusion R2R Lead Consultant to support and enhance our global financial systems landscape. Youll work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth monthend close, maintain the integrity of core financial modules, and help drive continuous improvement across our RecordtoReport processes. In this role, your expertise will help colleagues across regions work more efficiently and confidently using Oracle Fusion Cloud. Key responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for R2Rrelated Oracle Fusion modules including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM) and associated integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs related to financial processes. Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, perform R2R regression testing, and maintain related documentation. Collaborate with Finance teams to translate business requirements into system solutions. Work with thirdparty vendors and Oracle engineers to resolve technical issues. Essential requirements 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud financial modules (GL, FA, CM). Strong understanding of R2R processes close cycles, reconciliations, asset accounting, financial reporting. Experience supporting global users across multiple regions. Familiarity with change management and compliance frameworks such as SOX. Fluency in English.
