Job Title: RD Member of Technical Staff II Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The RD Member of Technical Staff translates software requirements into working programming solutions, builds scalable web and cloud applications with a strong understanding of the specialization area. They resolve a broad range of issues using creative yet architecturally robust approaches. They design, develop and maintain complex software systems or subsystems. They also contribute to architectural designs and apply technical expertise to deliver robust solutions. Key responsibilities Use multiple programming languages and development tools to design, build, test, implement, and support web and cloud software applications Contribute to software architecture and design activities as required Collaborate with technology stakeholders to define and evolve the technology framework Contribute to defining delivery timelines during release planning and guide junior team members in effort estimation Execute complex development tasks including secure coding (aligned with cybersecurity standards), code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and documentation Essential requirements Ability to apply and communicate object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and design principles Proven Proficiency in C#, .NET 8 or 10, REST APIs, and database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS Understanding of serverless and microservices architectures Working knowledge of cross-cutting concerns in software architecture (e.g., security, logging, performance) Proven ability to build high-performance and scalable application modules Ability to develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality Knowledge of software configuration, build, deployment, release management, infrastructure, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using logical reasoning and pattern recognition Effective communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly convey technical concepts Experience working in Agile (iterative development) or Scrum (Agile framework) environments Experience working in global or distributed teams Desired skills and competencies .NET 8 or 10 REST APIs Microsoft Azure or AWS Innovative Quality-driven Trusted and reliable
