MEAN Stack Developer

As a MEAN Stack Developer at Avianco Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in Bangalore, you will be part of a talented team developing software products for automation and management of drone operations for various drone-based applications. The company is Indias first UTM company, focusing on developing a 100% #MakeinIndia Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM) SaaS Platform to enable secure drone operations and power enterprise-level drone applications. Key Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively as part of an agile team to develop applications, design sprints, and ensure timely deliveries. - Implement best practices in web application development. - Demonstrate passion, dedication, and lead-from-the-front qualities to contribute to building global products. - Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, producing maintainable, clear, and concise code. - Provide technical and architectural leadership, mentoring team members to help them achieve their goals. - Balance strategic and tactical solutions effectively. - Manage application deployment practices in AWS, focusing on security, scalability, and reliability. - Enhance and maintain automated testing setups for backend and frontend to enable faster bug identification and resolution. - Contribute to team and organizational enhancements in process and infrastructure. - Utilize tools and creativity to proactively identify and resolve defects. - Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. - Exposure to the aerospace/aircraft/drone industry is a plus. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science. - 3-6 years of experience as a MEAN Stack developer. - Proficiency in Angular2+, NodeJS, Express JS, MongoDB, HTML5, CSS, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, Git, CI/CD integration, and writing cross-browser compatible code. - Experience in developing server and client web applications. - Familiarity with unit testing (Jasmine/Mocha), integration testing frameworks, and fundamental design principles for secure, scalable, production-ready application development and deployment. - Familiarity with AWS.
