About the role
Responsible for driving and leading RPA solution design and architecture for business to automate business processes for multiple clients Must Have Skills Drive Initiatives (workshops) based on RPA solutions, Tool Fitment, solutioning, standardize process, effort estimation and RPA maintenance Job requirements Owns E2E Delivery, Resource Management, Technical Delivery management, Ownership of various development, systems integration and service support engagements for RPA ecosystem Deliver solution and help client achieve Automated Full-Time Equivalent for the targeted goals.. Consult with vendors and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including Robotics Factory governance model, Roles and Responsibilities, Operating model (development and Run), Demand Management and business process improvement and risk identification/ mitigation. Will be expected to play a leading role in end-to-end opportunities in automation projects. Will have to build on their existing industry and technical knowledge to support the organisation in guiding their business through the challenges of implementing key business transformation initiatives, which drive change and process automation within the organisation. Will be part of a team that applies innovative and cutting-edge technology, such as RPA, and AI to support our internal clients with their most significant challenges, including large scale transformation programmes, business processing and regulatory change. Will be able to validate an existing RPA setup and provide recommendation Will be involved at every stage of the process throughout design, build and operate. Will be able to provide roadmap for moving from RPA only to RPA OCR to RPA OCR AI (NLP, ML, Advanced Analytics) Part of your job role also is to educate your pears customer(s) on timely manner based on project demand This is a senior Techno-Commercial Role requiring minimum 2 years of proven Leadership and multi project E2E delivery in more than one industry verticals. This job role also involves travel across the country offshore based on project requirement / demand
