Position description: #* ESRI Utility Network, ArcGIS Pro, ArcFM,
· Must have led projects with client-interfacing role and overseen requirements gathering, requirements finalization, data modelling/migration phases, UAT acceptance phase on large scale GIS projects (Utility, Government)
· Review existing GIS data/data models and perform data assessment, identify data gaps and quality issues
· Hands-on knowledge on data model configuration, data model improvement, preparing APRX
· define data migration strategy and lead data migration, identify and drive data migration automation opportunities, data acceptance strategy
· Awareness of industry standard ESRI GIS models including UN models and other domain specific models (transportation, environment etc.)
· Awareness on FME form, ArcGIS Dashboards, configuring maps using ESRI Experience Builder.
· Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders and build functional, software requirements specifications
· Able to study external systems and define integration requirements with GIS.
· Act as gatekeeper for validating the sprint releases with respect to requirements, coordinate with testing team, demo workshops with client.
· Engage continuously in new & emerging technologies in GIS, mentoring team members for skillset upgrade programs
· Support presales team for proposal writeup, estimations, case study preparation

Primary Responsibilities: #* Must have minimum 8+ yrs. of experience in GIS field/ Company
v Should have knowledge of utility domain and data models (ESRI, ArcFM and Utility Network)
v Hands-on experience in ArcGIS Pro, ArcFM software
v Should have experience in analysing and executing data modelling design (feature class, sub types, associations, relationships etc.)
v Working Experience in utility projects, electric domain preferable
v Good understanding of topology and data validation
v Hands-on in developing FME workbenches/certification in FME is an added advantage

Additional Responsibilities: #* Good to have: ArcPy, FME
· Understands the complete process lifecycle in data migration projects for utility GIS domain including requirements, data analysis, modelling, conversion/migration tasks well versed with data mapping and data migration methodologies using ESRI and ArcFM software and tools.
· Good experience in data analysis and identify the issues in the data
· Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal support and supervision
· Working Experience in Oil & Gas Pipeline and knowledge in PODS/APDM/UPDM models is preferable
· Working Experience/ knowledge in GE Small world and Intergraph G/Technology
· Good understanding of lifecycle of data conversion/digitization projects
· Base knowledge in RDBMS and Sql
