Senior Architect (Bangalore Rural)

Role & responsibilities Job Title Senior Architect We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Develop working drawings, construction drawings, and GFC drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site engineering teams. Manage multiple projects from concept to completion. Conduct site visits and ensure design compliance during execution. Review drawings and ensure compliance with local building by-laws and regulations. Interact with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and tender documents when required. Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
