In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: Product Development: Assist the Product Manager in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and feature definitions. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives. Project Management: Support project management activities, including creating and maintaining project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of product features. User Experience: Work closely with the design team to create user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes. Testing and Feedback: Coordinate user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features. Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, product development, or a related role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Understanding of user experience design principles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the technology industry, particularly in SaaS or AI-driven products. Familiarity with market research techniques and tools. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools. Understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
