IT Executive

Role Summary The IT Executive is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the school's IT infrastructure, including computers, networks, CCTV systems, and other technology equipment, ensuring uninterrupted IT services across the campus. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Perform LAN cable testing, network point verification, and basic network maintenance. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment. Ensure smooth functioning of internet, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity throughout the campus. Provide technical support to teaching, administrative, and support staff. Install and update operating systems, software applications, and antivirus solutions. Maintain IT asset inventory and records of repairs, replacements, and warranties. Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Perform routine preventive maintenance and system health checks. Assist in setting up and supporting smart classrooms, audio-visual equipment, and school events. Ensure regular data backups and adherence to IT security practices. Required Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT support and network maintenance.
