In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) solutions that support global manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and manufacturing experts to deliver scalable SAP solutions while ensuring compliance with regulated industry standards. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and support SAP PP and SAP MM solutions for manufacturing operations.Gather and analyze business requirements from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Quality teams.Configure SAP Production Planning, Material Management, Inventory Management, Batch Management, and Goods Movement processes.Lead SAP PP/MM implementation and enhancement projects from requirement gathering through deployment.Develop and support SAP-MES integrations to enable seamless manufacturing execution.Work with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and interface technologies for enterprise integration.Collaborate with global business stakeholders to define scalable SAP solutions.Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and process improvement initiatives.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing, and deployment activities.Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, CSV, audit, and regulatory standards.Provide Level-3 production support and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.Optimize manufacturing and inventory processes to improve operational efficiency.Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and process documentation.Participate in global SAP transformation and digital manufacturing initiatives.
