Service Engineer (Electrical)

As a Service Engineer (Electrical) at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment for our clients. Your dedication and expertise will be key in providing top-notch technical support and service. Key Responsibilities: - Installation and commissioning of electrical machines and equipment at client sites - Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults and breakdowns - Performing preventive and corrective maintenance - Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts - Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers - Ensuring timely service and maintaining service reports - Coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution - Maintaining proper documentation of service activities - Ensuring safety standards and compliance during work - Client handling and providing proper service feedback Qualifications: - Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field Your strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and wiring, coupled with problem-solving skills, will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities. Additionally, your ability to work independently and in field conditions, along with good communication and client-handling skills, will contribute to your success in this role. If you have a basic understanding of PLC, control panels, and automation systems, it would be a plus.
