Employment Details Employment Type: Full time Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will: Manage end-to-end manual testing activities including functional, regression, and integration testing. Prepare and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Identify, log, track, and verify defects and ensure timely closure. Work closely with development and product teams to maintain quality standards. Ensure proper documentation of test cases, defects, and test results. Guide and support junior QA team members by sharing best practices. Communicate testing status, risks, and quality updates clearly to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to QA processes and continuous quality improvement. Skills & Abilities Must-Have Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium is an added advantage. Familiarity with AI-powered QA/testing tools for test case generation, automation support, reporting, and productivity enhancement is preferred. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, or similar platforms. Experience in manual testing; knowledge of automation tools is an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
