Follow coding standards and use existing procedures to solve standard problems Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks Keep abreast watch on industry trends search new design ideas Follow design guidelines, best practices, and standards Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology Working closely with product owners, lead developers, and designers Self-starter and collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team Drive meetings, presentations, and demos in an effective manner to bring them up to a conclusion Respect timelines and communicate progress proactively. Solid understanding of WordPress Basic skills in PHP, JavaScript, Ajax Strong knowledge and proven experience of semantic HTML5 and responsive cross-platform CSS A strong sense of typography, minimalism, and design aesthetics Solid knowledge of Responsive Web Design Extensive development, designing, and debugging skills Should be good in research, finding references and must be updated with current design and market trends A team player who is also capable of working independently without any hand-holding Knowledge of Website Performance is Bonus BONUS Page Builder and WP Astra Theme knowledge Must have Skills Knowledge of WordPress plugin and theme Ability to work well within a remote working environment Positive attitude towards continuous learning Time management skills Fluent in verbal and written English Professional, dependable, solid work ethics, detail-oriented self-motivated
