Instead of creating one application each like logins, loyalty, order management, returns, exchanges, replacements, reviews, CRM, customer support, subscriptions, memberships, warranties or analytics, we have combined them into a unified platform powered by AI. Our vision is simple Every business should have an AI-powered operating system that helps them understand customers, predict behavior, automate growth, and increase profitability. We're looking for an AI Product Engineer who can build production-ready AI systems and turn ideas into features that will be used by thousands of merchants globally. What You'll Do Build AI agents and copilots for merchants Create predictive models for customer behavior Develop recommendation systems Build RAG and knowledge-base solutions Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models Design AI workflows and autonomous agents Build APIs and AI microservices Work directly with founders to define product strategy Take AI features from concept to production Requirements Strong Python experience Experience with LLM APIs Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, PydanticAI, or similar frameworks Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) PostgreSQL FastAPI or Django Prompt engineering AI evaluation and testing Nice To Have Machine learning experience Time-series forecasting Recommendation systems Shopify ecosystem experience E-commerce analytics experience You'll Be Successful If You can build quickly You can think like a product owner You understand customer problems You care about business outcomes, not just models Compensation Unpaid Location Remote .
