Principal Consultant BI / DI

In your role at AxionConnect as a Principal Consultant - BI/DI, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the data-driven capabilities of the tech website through your expertise in SAS BI. Your responsibilities will include automating reporting processes, guiding users in SAS tool utilization, and ensuring data integrity. By optimizing data analysis, ETL, and reporting, you will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organization. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications required for this position: Key Responsibilities: - Automate reporting processes and ensure data integrity - Guide users in SAS tool utilization - Optimize data analysis, ETL, and reporting - Utilize expertise in SAS BI, DW/BI concepts, and advanced analytics - Create complex reports using OLAP-based techniques - Deploy jobs and schedule in SMC - Ensure data validation, data quality, and error handling - Collaborate with teams for creating users and assigning roles/rights - Utilize Base SAS, Advance SAS Programmer, SAS Macros, SAS/Access, SQL, and optimization techniques - Hands-on experience in Unix Operating Systems and scheduling tools like LSF and Cron-tab Qualifications Required: - Well-versed in the domain you have worked in for a project - Basic SAS administration knowledge (Creating library, Reports authorization) - In-depth knowledge of DW/BI concepts and Dimensional Modeling - Experience in using SAS Data Integration Studio for ETL processes - Strong experience in Data Validation or Data Quality - Knowledge of creating users, assigning roles/rights, and error handling - Hands-on experience in Base SAS, Advance SAS Programmer, SAS Macros, SAS/Access, SQL, and optimization techniques - Experience in SAS Visual Analytics At AxionConnect, we value collaboration, inclusivity, and career growth opportunities for our employees.
