Its juggling people management, project management and technical knowledge to deliver the right product, the right way. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, propose and manage budgets, technologies and resources for projects. Hire new talent for the team and offer coaching and development opportunities. Build the entire technical documentation and project roadmaps. Gather resources and information from clients and stakeholders to improve processes and project development. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: Project management skills (SCRUM, Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
