About the Role Axis Securities Limited is looking for dynamic Product Managers to drive innovation across our digital and capital market platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering customer-centric digital solutions. Hiring for Product Areas FinTech, Algo Trading & Trader Platforms (2 Positions) Portfolio & Customer Reporting (1 Position) Digital Account Opening (1 Position) Key Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and enhancements. Gather business requirements and convert them into product specifications. Work closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, and UX teams. Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives. Conduct UAT, manage product releases, and monitor product performance. Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to drive innovation. Track product KPIs and continuously improve customer experience. Candidate Profile 5-10 years of Product Management experience in BFSI, FinTech, Wealth Management, Stock Broking, or Capital Markets. Strong understanding of trading platforms, investment products, or digital financial services. Experience in Agile/Scrum and product management tools such as Jira. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. MBA (Preferred) / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline. Why Join Axis Securities?
