We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineering Full Stack Technology Lead who can combine expertise in Software Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud Engineering, and Product Development to design, build, and scale intelligent digital products. The role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of AI applications, from business problem identification and solution architecture to engineering, deployment, monitoring, and continuous enhancement. Key Responsibilities AI Product Solution Development Design and develop enterprise-grade AI applications, copilots, intelligent agents, and decision-support platforms. Translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven products and technical solutions. Build and deploy solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, Speech AI, and Machine Learning. Full Stack Engineering Develop scalable frontend, backend, API, and microservices architectures. Build cloud-native applications with high performance, reliability, and security. Establish engineering best practices. AI Engineering MLOps Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Implement MLOps, AI observability, model lifecycle management, and Responsible AI practices. Develop reusable AI services, frameworks, and accelerators for enterprise adoption. Leadership Stakeholder Management Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-value AI use cases. Lead team of AI Engineers Data Scientists. Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation, learning, and execution excellence.
