Position Summary Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Vault CRM implementation and migration programs. Translate business objectives into a target architecture spanning Vault CRM, the broader Veeva suite (Network, Align, Events, MedComms), integrations, data, analytics, and security. Serve as the technical authority across the engagement and the primary architect-facing interface with US client architecture teams. Job Responsibilities Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Salesforce platform for Life Sciences Design the LS Cloud / Health Cloud data model (HCP, HCO, Affiliation, Care Program, Patient), security model, and sharing strategy Define integration architecture using MuleSoft, platform events, and Salesforce connectors to Veeva Network, SAP, data warehouses, and MDM Architect Agentforce agent design for commercial and medical use cases (pre-call, next-best-action, MedComms triage) Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications Guide Technical Leads and developers on Salesforce design patterns; enforce governor-limit-aware design and resolve technical escalations Lead architecture review boards; ensure adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected and LS Cloud best practices Drive reusability — build accelerators, reference architectures, and LS Cloud solution patterns for the practice Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations Education Bachelor of Engineering Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer Work Experience 5-8 years of relevant experience in a pharma analytics company or with a Pharma company in an analytics role Behavioural Competencies Teamwork & Leadership Motivation to Learn and Grow Ownership Cultural Fit Talent Management Technical Competencies Problem Solving Lifescience Knowledge Communication Project Management Attention to P&L Impact Capability Building / Thought Leadership Scale of revenues managed / delivered Scale of resources managed
