Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or Technical Product Management. At least 1 year of recent experience in a B2C Product company. Hands-on experience working on AI/ML-enabled products. Experience with data-driven product development, including: Defining product metrics Running A/B tests and experiments Analyzing user behavior Measuring feature performance Ability to convert customer and operational workflows into scalable product features and write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with: Engineering teams Analytics teams Operations teams Business stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory Eligibility Graduation from one of the following Tier-1 institutes: IIT Bombay IIT Delhi IIT Madras IIT Kanpur IIT Kharagpur IIT Roorkee Current or recent experience in a B2C Product Company is mandatory. Preferred Experience with Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
