About the role
Description We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing and experience in developing effective prompts for AI models. You will work closely with a team of data scientists and engineers to enhance model performance and user experience. Responsibilities Develop and optimize prompts for various AI models to enhance their performance and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Analyze user feedback and model outputs to iterate on prompt designs and improve user experience. Conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of prompts and document findings for future reference. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing to continuously improve prompt engineering practices. Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in prompt engineering, natural language processing, or a related field. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, particularly in language models. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and derive insights. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
