Python AI/ML Developer Product Development Position: Python AI/ML Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days/week from office) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Product Development Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Python AI/ML Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and scalable backend application development. You will be responsible for designing and building AI-powered features for enterprise-grade products. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable AI/ML applications using Python. Build and integrate LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Amazon Bedrock. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases. Build intelligent AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph . Develop REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask . Work with cloud platforms, preferably AWS , for deployment and scaling. Optimize AI models for performance, latency, and cost. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and DevOps teams throughout the product lifecycle. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code. Required Skills 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. Strong experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) . Hands-on experience with LangChain , LangGraph , and AI Agent development. Experience building RAG applications. Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or OpenSearch . Experience with FastAPI or Flask . Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, Bedrock, SageMaker). Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases. Exposure to multi-agent AI frameworks. Product development experience is highly preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
