Job Title: Python AI Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Pune / Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Python AI Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications using Python. Build Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases. Create AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. Integrate AI models with REST APIs and backend services. Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver AI-driven features. Develop, test, and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code. Monitor production AI systems and troubleshoot performance issues. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Python development. Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures. Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or OpenSearch. Proficiency in AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph. Experience with FastAPI or Flask for API development. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration. Experience with MLOps tools and deployment pipelines. Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI governance. Exposure to Agentic AI and multi-agent systems. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
