Job Title: C++ Developer (Linux) One Level of Face-to-Face Technical Interview Experience: 6+ Years Location: Pune / Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Home) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong expertise in Linux to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing high-performance, scalable applications using modern C++ in a Linux environment. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C++ on Linux. Develop efficient, scalable, and reliable software solutions. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex applications. Work with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Write unit tests and support continuous integration and deployment. Analyse and resolve production issues while ensuring application stability. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in C++ development. Strong programming experience with Modern C++ (C++11/14/17 or above). Hands-on experience in Linux application development. Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Experience with multithreading, synchronization, and memory management. Good understanding of STL and system-level programming. Experience with debugging tools such as GDB and performance analysis tools. Familiarity with Git, CMake/Make, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Experience with networking, socket programming, or distributed systems. Exposure to storage systems, file systems, or embedded development is an added advantage. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
