The Role We're hiring a Product and Delivery Manager to own our roadmap end-to-end from client conversation to shipped feature. You'll sit at the center of Product Engineering, UX, and QA, translate real client pain points into shippable specs, and make sure delivery actually happens on time and with quality. ** What you'll do Product Own product strategy and roadmap, tied to real customer and business needs Run client demos and feedback sessions and turn what you hear into specs, user stories, and wireframes Prioritize ruthlessly across internal and external asks Use data (not gut feel) to decide what ships next Delivery Own delivery end-to-end: discovery launch iteration Manage timelines, resourcing, and sprint goals Spot risks early and unblock your team before they become fires Keep leadership and clients in the loop no surprises What you bring 38 years in product management, delivery, or a related role health tech, SaaS, or consumer tech preferred Direct client-facing experience gathering and translating feedback into requirements Solid technical fluency with APIs and cloud platforms (you don't need to code, but you need to speak the language) Experience leading cross-functional teams engineering, design, clinical, or otherwise Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine "let's build this from scratch" mindset Bonus points: familiarity with HIPAA or clinical workflows Tools you'll use: JIRA, Figma/Miro, Amplitude or Mixpanel Why Azodha Shape a high-impact product at an early, still-forming stage Work alongside a small, mission-driven team that moves fast Real ownership, real ambiguity, real impact not a maintenance role .
