QA Engineer – Manual & Automation Industry: Healthcare Technology Location: Pune / Remote Job Type: Fulltime You'll own quality across everything users touch. Not just test cases — but the workflows that break in ways no one anticipated, the releases that go out fast and come back clean, and the bugs that get caught before they ever reach a clinician. What You'll Do Manual Testing Design and execute test cases, exploratory sessions, and regression cycles across web, API, and mobile Test end-to-end healthcare workflows — scheduling, clinical documentation, patient data handling Validate UI/UX against design specs and WCAG accessibility standards Run smoke, sanity, UAT, and pre-release checklists Log, triage, and track defects through to closure Test Automation Build and maintain Playwright suites for critical web workflows Develop API test automation with Jest; set up load tests with JMeter Create Flutter widget and integration tests for mobile Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines Track and close coverage gaps as the product evolves Healthcare & Compliance Test HIPAA compliance — data handling, access controls, audit logging Validate EHR integrations (Epic, eClinicalWorks) and HL7/FHIR standards Ensure consent workflows and audit trails work correctly What You Bring 3+ years in software QA — hands-on with both manual and automation testing Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills Hands-on Playwright experience Jest for unit/integration testing, JMeter for load testing Flutter testing experience (widget + integration tests) Solid REST & GraphQL API testing knowledge CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) Familiarity with test design patterns (POM, Screenplay) and WCAG 2.1 Why Join Us Build the QA function from scratch — real ownership, real impact Work on healthcare tech that touches real patients and clinicians Collaborative team of 15+ engineers across multiple geographies Competitive compensation, equity, and a learning budget Flexible, remote-friendly environment This role is NOT for you if you're looking for: A pre-built QA process to maintain Shallow automation with no manual depth Pune / Remote | Full-time Interested Apply now or drop us a DM. #QAEngineer #SoftwareTesting #HealthTech #Hiring #PuneJobs #Playwright #TestAutomation #HIPAA
