About the role
Senior Integration Analyst Experience: 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Integration Analyst to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in serverless architecture, event-driven systems, and API development , along with hands-on expertise in modern cloud and data streaming technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend services using modern architectural patterns. Build and manage Serverless applications by leveraging AWS services. Develop and maintain high-performance APIs (REST/GraphQL). Implement event-driven and data streaming solutions using Kafka and related tools. Design and optimize database systems (relational and NoSQL). Perform data transformation and processing for large-scale systems. Work on end-to-end system design , including architecture, scalability, and reliability. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance using observability tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications Core Technical Skills Strong proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js for backend development. Experience with Serverless Architecture and frameworks.
Cloud & AWS Services Hands-on experience with: AWS Lambda API Gateway S3 SQS / SNS MSK (Managed Kafka) CloudWatch Secrets Manager
Data & Streaming Strong experience with Apache Kafka Understanding of event-driven architecture and data streaming patterns Knowledge of data transformation techniques (ETL/stream processing)
Databases Experience with: MySQL (Relational DB) MongoDB (NoSQL)
Strong understanding of: Data modeling Query optimization Indexing strategies
API Development Expertise in: API design (RESTful principles) API security (OAuth, JWT) Versioning and documentation
System Design & Architecture Ability to design end-to-end scalable systems Knowledge of: Microservices architecture Distributed systems Fault tolerance and resiliency patterns
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus Knowledge of monitoring and logging best practices Experience in high-traffic or real-time systems Minimum educational qualification required: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Sc. in Software Engineering or a closely related discipline.
