Sr. Software Tester

You will be responsible for the following: - Reading all the documents and understanding what needs to be tested. - Deciding on the best testing process for each project. - Planning all resources and testing tools required for software testing. - Developing automation test scripts and prioritizing testing activities. - Executing all the tests and reporting defects, defining severity and priority for each defect, and performing regression testing each time changes are made to fix code defects. - Preventing defects. - Ensuring that the end result meets the business and user requirements. - Gaining the confidence of the clients by providing them a quality product. - Gearing up the testing process by automating the important business logic. Desired qualifications and experience: - 5+ years of experience working as a software tester for web and mobile applications. - Having 12 years of automation testing experience is an advantage. - Having knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Core Java, TestNG, Cucumber, the Data-Driven framework, and Gherkin language is an advantage. - Working knowledge in Agile Methodology. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Working with software developers and project support teams. - Functional Testing. - Writing and executing test scripts. - Good to have experience or knowledge of Python.
