About the role
As a Platform Strategy expert, your main responsibilities will include: - Defining the product vision and roadmap across the buyer portal, supplier portal, and 1Buy internal ops console. - Designing the interaction model among all three sides, managing RFQ initiation, supplier responses, and ops monitoring. - Owning the anonymity and identity architecture to ensure the protection of buyers and suppliers throughout the deal lifecycle. - Defining onboarding, verification, and trust flows for both buyers and suppliers. In the Agentic Product Design realm, you will focus on: - Identifying and prioritizing areas where AI agents can replace or support human workflows such as RFQ generation, supplier matching, and deal closure. - Collaborating with the AI team to establish agent objectives, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. - Differentiating classical ML use cases from GenAI use cases and defining agent observability requirements for operational teams. For Data Intelligence Consumption, you will be responsible for: - Collaborating with the 1Data product owner to determine structured intelligence requirements for 1Source, including component pricing signals and availability forecasts. - Defining data contracts and schemas necessary for 1Data to support 1Source features. - Designing how intelligence is presented in the platform through dashboards, alerts, automated recommendations, and deal triggers. In the area of Excess Inventory Liquidation- Sell Side, your duties will involve: - Managing the supplier-side product for excess inventory listing, RFQ response, pricing guidance, and deal execution. - Creating workflows for OEMs and EMS companies to confidentially list excess stock and receive bids from verified buyers. - Defining market-aware pricing features to help sellers understand fair value before listing. Your Leadership & Execution responsibilities will include: - Leading a multidisciplinary squad comprising Product, Engineering, AI, and Data. - Developing clear PRDs, data contracts, and measurable KPIs for each feature area. - Managing cross-squad dependencies, conducting agile ceremonies, and ensuring delivery velocity in a fast-paced environment. - Translating feedback from OEM and EMS customers into precise and prioritized product requirements. Qualifications required for this role are: - 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role on a B2B SaaS platform. - Demonstrated experience in building multi-sided platforms or complex procurement/sourcing products. - Strong understanding of agentic AI systems and the ability to design human-in-the-loop flows. - Exposure to sourcing, eProcurement, or RFQ/auction workflows in industrial or technology contexts. - Ability to define data contracts and collaborate with data engineering teams. - Proven track record leading cross-functional squads in fast-moving, high-growth environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical and domain concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
